Sept. 3 Parent Orientation – All Families
An evening for all parents where general preschool information, philosophy, and procedures will be shared. CHILDCARE IS NOT PROVIDED.

Sept.3, 4, & 5 - Parent/Child Visitation – Preschoolers & Funtastic
An informal open house where children and parent visit their classrooms, meet their teachers, and fellow classmates. Parents are invited to enjoy preschool activities which will be set up for all to enjoy.

Sept. 8 - First Week of Classes - Preschoolers & Funtastic
Parents are encouraged to join others for coffee and conversation after drop off.

Sept. 29 & 30/Oct. 6 & 7 Parent Participation Night - Preschoolers
Parents share an evening with their child: actively participating in preschool activities, getting to know the teachers and other parents in the class. Childcare provided for siblings.

Oct. 17 & 18 - 22nd Annual Craft Fair and Children’s Carnival - All Families
This annual fund raiser, sponsored by families of RBCPC Preschool, includes various crafters selling their unique items including jewelry, art, clothing and many other items. The proceeds from this event help support special preschool events, the purchase of learning materials and playground equipment. All preschool families are encouraged to be involved.

Nov. 11 - Veteran’s Day – No school - All Families

Nov. 12-21 - Fall Parent Conferences - Preschoolers
A one-on-one time for you to learn about your child’s preschool life from his/her teacher as well as share your concerns, joys, questions and thoughts.

Nov. 24-28 - Thanksgiving Break – No School - All Families

Dec. 9, 10, & 11 - 16th Annual Women’s Dessert Night & Silent Auction - All Families
A night of fellowship, involving several hundred women from our preschool, church and community. The event consists of delicious desserts, entertainment, an inspiring program and shopping via silent auction. The proceeds from this event supports our Sharing Lives Program. All families are encouraged to participate.

Dec. 17, 18 & 19 - Christmas Fellowship - Preschoolers Only
A time for you to share in your child’s classroom celebrating Christmas with songs and refreshments.

Dec. 22-Jan. 5 - Christmas Break – No School - All Families

Jan. 19 - Martin Luther King Day Observance –No School - All Families

Feb. 16-20 - President's Week - No school - All Families

March 18-April 3 - Spring Parent Conferences - Preschoolers
A one-on-one time for you to learn about your child’s preschool life from his/her teacher as well as share your concerns, joys, questions and thoughts.

April 6-10 - Spring Break – No School - All Families

April 20-21/April 27-28 - Dad’s Night - Preschoolers Only

An evening for Dad and child to share preschool activities in the child’s classroom. You will be notified of specific day.

May 6-8 - Mother’s Day Tea - Preschoolers Only
An in class celebration time where the children will prepare and serve a delicious snack for their very own “Special Guest”.

May 25 - Memorial Day – No School - All Families

June 4 & 5 - Last Days of School - All Families

June 7 - End of the Year Celebration - All Families
A family celebration and the last preschool event for the school year. A time to celebrate with families and to say goodbye.
